• Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping cost. We can help arrange shipping worldwide but release any responsibility or liability once vehicle leaves our location. We arrange shipping with companies that have insurance and once vehicle leaves premises customer and shipping company are responsible for any damage or insurance claims.
• All sales are subject to a flat $50.00 Documentary fee, a State Inspection Fee, Dealer Service Fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .0020260 of the Purchase price. A vehicle of 10,000.00 purchase price would be liable for $20.26 of VIT TAX.
• Consumer is responsible for travel arrangements. We would recommend flying into Hobby Airport as it is on Highway 45 and only minutes from our location. Please communicate with your sales consultant if you need pickup from the Airport as we may provide pickup.
• Texas Residents pay 6.25% Sales Tax, registration, and inspection fees. Out of State buyers pay VIT Tax, Doc Fee, and 175.00 Dealer Service Fee, Buyer may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state on pre-owned vehicles only.
• Our Document and Dealer service fees are collected by Sand Dollar Autoplex and are not required by law.
• Dealer has the right to correct any pricing error.
• Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test-driving, in- transit, repairs, lot organization.
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas as if entered into and fully performed entirely within the State of Texas (without giving effect to choice of law principles). The jurisdiction and venue of any and all proceedings related to this agreement shall be in a state or federal court in Houston or Galveston, Texas.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection, deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied toward the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, floor plan interest, and lost dealership productivity
• Vehicles that are older than 10 years and or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
• All used vehicles are sold as ‘As Is” condition unless specified in the listing otherwise. Some vehicles may still have full factory warranty, have balance of remaining factory warranty, or may qualify for an extended warranty purchase.
